The Centre de transformation de la viande du Bas St-Laurent is a group of producers of beef and lamb that transforms a 100% regional meat (born in region, fed with regional fodder and grains, slaughtered and processed in region).

All our meat supply comes directly from the producers, we provide traceability from farm to counter, from carcass to the finest cuts, from delicatessen to ready-made meals.

 Le CTVBSL recrute

En prévision de l'ouverture prochaine de son centre de transformation de la viande de Saint-Gabriel -de-Rimouski, le CTVBSL est présentement en période de recrutement.

Les offres d'emplois seront affichées sur le site Internet dans la nouvelle section « Offres d’emploi » qui sera régulièrement mise à jours.

 

Halal Certification (soon)

We are currently working on the Halal Certification for our products of lamb and beef. We will then be present on a larger Canadian market and be able to export. The raw material for our products will be Halal meat. Our products will soon be Halal, traceable, with  no growth hormones, and we also keep our line of products gluten-free which is in great demand. The added value provided is compatible with our values that we share with Halal to ensure the animal's well-being its life-long; we think that a well-treated animal will be  tender in your plate.
